The "Chibi" Russell refers to Cosbaby produced by Hot Toys, an Asian (hong Kong) Company. Hot Toys tie up with Sideshow to distribute some of their products in North America.

Locally from where I am, they are available @ one of the collectible toy shops, but I understand the pre-orders have closed, now awaiting production and launch.

Just got these in today. They're incredible! My only complaints are w/ Russell; you have to manually stick on all his badges and WE logos (some of which are on curved surfaces, sooo that's not good), which I haven't done yet in this picture, and his face painting is a little wonky. But Carl is pretty flawless.
